Using GigLink
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and use GigLink lawfully. You are responsible for content you submit and must have permission to publish it. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful material, harass users, disrupt the service or misuse private contact details.
Profiles and moderation
Artist and venue profiles may be reviewed before publication. We may correct formatting, request evidence, refuse or remove content, suspend access or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Bookings
GigLink helps artists and organisers discover one another and keep booking records. Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Smash Room is not a party to a performance agreement. Artists and organisers remain responsible for checking dates, fees, licences, insurance, equipment, safety, cancellation terms and payment arrangements.
Fees
Artist profiles and artist use are free with no GigLink commission. Approved venues currently receive six months free with no payment details required. On the web, continued venue membership is currently offered at £5.99 per month for the first 12 paid months and £9.99 per month thereafter, unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep GigLink reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular booking outcome or the accuracy of user-submitted information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, GigLink and The Smash Room are not responsible for indirect loss or disputes between users.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be presented through the service where appropriate. Questions can be sent to bookings@giglink.uk.
